Horrible boots I have second pair and the same happened after one year cracker sole. On different Ecco shoes happened the same. Horrible quality.

I just bought the maroon color size 16W cost $100 on amazon. Im going to alaska for 2 weeks in summer time 65/70 degrees but alaska gets rain on and off in the summer so we'll see how they hold up.

I have the Hykes Summit barefoot boots and love them.

Have purchased 6 pairs in the last few years, use them working (landscaping), hiking,backpacking, and everyday wear. Keep a pair clean for everyday wear. Very comfortable,durable,never an issue with soles or eye-lots. I still wear my oldest pair for the dirtiest jobs and they are comfortable during a long day. Good support for a heavy pack also. Haven't thought about trying another brand.

Got a bit lucky and saw one on sale at a bicycle(!) website for just around AU120 or US80. Am a bit of an Adidas classic OG and Boost fan. I like that the upper isn't chunky yet still be a water resistant hybrid-lite all-around boot. Also Adidas usually don't offer very good insoles whether it's a casual or Boost related sneakers, so seeing one offered here is a big and welcome surprise. Very informative review there Top stuff.

Hi I usually wear shoes number 44 usually which passes with my orthopedic soles. But Salomon are shorts on my finger (finger touch too much and downhill worse) and with the new orthopedic soles I have I cannot even fit them in. checking the website Salomon has 44 2/3 or 45 1/3. if I should try to take a bigger size hoping they fit with my orthopedic soles but hoping they are nor too big so then the heel will move. which one do you think should I get? I have a 130 euro voucher but I must for sure use it on line so I cannot try the shoes before. I have a pair of Wings Flyte 2 GTX which are light great to walk, run and hike fast but they are (44) too short and feel small on the fingers. do you have a model to suggest? and which size u think? thank you

Been wearing Bates Strikes for 8 years and they've been excellent. So, now that it's time for a new pair, I was disappointed to find out they've discontinued them-- I'm thinking about trying these RallyForces, due in part to this review. Love your channel, btw!

If the White Ledge you bought had a hard sole, it's probably cause you bought them from Amazon. They sell tons of fakes. My step daughter bought me a pair from Amazon for my birthday and the moment I opened the box and looked at them I knew they were fake and she had to send them back.

I love these Excursion shoes by Saucony. Best shoes ever made. I have a pair of TR12s and they lasted me over 5 years. Just ordered a pair of TR14s and looking forward to wearing them. Will recommend this brand to anyone.

They are really bad, they have a design error, the plastic tip cuts the textile material, I used them once a week and the third time they were already broken

I totally agree with your comments about comfort, well made, wide design that all others should follow, good laces ; however the soles 8:09 don't live up to the hype and are wearing far too quickly for a 71 year walking a dog in flat non-stony/rocky country . IMO there is bugga all grip and they even easily slip on wet bitumen! I also have ''Keen Men's Targhee III Oxford Low Hiking Shoes Dark Earth Mulch'' with a very similar but different sole and they are worse IMO --- 2 pairs in 2-3 years . Too soft and not enough tread depth . KEEN Australia have sent me a free "good will" pair .🥳 I would really love to watch/read 12 month review of your boots ---- I do nothing like you . I can send you photos :) Can you point me towards another brand (or keen model) with the similar wide fit like KEEN Perhaps manufactures (and reviewers) need a sole wear chart/guard Thank you for reading Happy hiking

Lots of revies online saying the sizing of the elements are all wrong compared to other Solomans and that they leak. I'll be going for the gtx 4 i think.

I have this shoes, which definitely the best comfortable and durable shoes i have ever had.

Update : my bike now has over 600 MI no issues whatsoever ancheer is the way to go

Do they slip in the rain?

These shoes are very comfortable but my concern is their slip resistant outsoles, I walk like a baby all the time at work on wet surface such as wet tiles or wet concrete i am working in the restaurant. But overall this shoes are the most comfortable standing for 10 hours shift.

Toe spreading by the individual toe boxes is super good for your feet. Look it up.

Awesome, just picked these for 60 euro up to use day to day and for a hiking holiday because they look pretty casual. Glad they'll perform well in the Highlands next month 😊

They are s h i t for hiking on sharp rocky terrain. Soles are too thin. . Domt waste your money

I believe at this moment I will take them as a work boot not survival work boot. There's too much stitching going on for a survival work boot. I feel like they'll fall apart. I just bought a pair. They're arriving today so we'll see

I have a air of Skecher Workshire Soft toe and they are great boots. Almost worn out. 1.5 years and walk a lot at work. It did crease like you say in the same place as this boot and I'm currently looking at this boot to buy which is what brought me here. I didn't have any issues with discomfort from the crease. It does eventually permanently crease the boot though in a rather short time. Doesn't bother me either. thanx!!
